My first thought was that this was a joke… but I think (fear) it’s real…

I’m usually quite partial to big monster films – but they’re really only good when they a) Come form Japan or b) don’t take themselves too seriously, and this looks like they might be playing it straight.  Snakes on Plane, has a lot to answer for.
